Meet Rhonda

Rhonda Smith has been in real estate since 2007, bringing more than a decade of experience to each transaction. Whenever she works with clients, she puts herself in their shoes and asks herself what they need from her and how she can best satisfy that need. Rhonda puts communication above everything else and when her clients call, she always answers.

One of Rhonda’s favorite aspects of the job is getting to know her clients and helping them find that perfect home. She likes holding open houses to meet potential buyers and even though real estate mostly lives in the digital realm nowadays, she also thrives when she can interact with buyers in person. She specializes in residential sales and has successfully closed many short sales. Between her professionalism and genuine personality, her clients walk away from a transaction feeling satisfied.

Rhonda donates time to her church and to Otino Waa Children’s Village, a children’s fund in Uganda that rescues orphans and raise them to be contributing members of their society. She also donates to a local nonprofit, Salem Dream Center, that helps members of the Edgewater District in Salem with housing, food, shelter and education for children in need.
